Play it first Just a hint, please

This Easy case seats 16 suspects on a 4×4 grid. 13 of them carry a clue; the other 3 only have something to say about themselves. Every step can be proven from a single clue plus what you already know. The order below is one valid route; any order where each verdict is proven when you enter it reaches the same answer.

What happened

The high roller had never been healthier. Hattie, the casino medic — a sweet old dear nobody had ever suspected of anything — performed her loudest, longest resuscitation with her back to the table, while Basil, Emil, Greta and Omar, four pit bosses who had all been passed over for promotion, crowded in to 'clear space' and swept the chips into a first-aid blanket. Amir, the dealer, carried on dealing to an empty seat as if nothing had happened, which is exactly what made it look as though nothing had. Ned, a valet, drove the 'ambulance' — his own car, with a blue light from a fancy-dress shop.
