Most-neighbors clues

One suspect has strictly more criminal (or innocent) neighbors than anyone else on the board.

★ the speaker; highlighted cards are the ones the clue talks about.
I have more criminal neighbors than anyone else.

A most-neighbors clue says one suspect is the unique record holder: nobody else has as many criminal neighbors as they do. Ties are ruled out.

How to read it

Compare frames. Whenever another suspect's proven criminal neighbors reach the record holder's maximum possible count, something has to give. These clues are among the hardest in the game and appear mostly in Hard and Evil cases.

How it combines with other clues

Bound the record holder from above (how many of their neighbors could still be criminals?) and the rivals from below (how many criminal neighbors do they already have?). A rival that is close to the record often forces its unknown neighbors to be innocent.
